1. Service Description
PanDao is a platform connecting travelers with local guides (“Companions”). We provide booking, payment, and communication tools but do not directly provide companion services. Companions are independent service providers, not PanDao employees.
2. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address to register
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- Each person may only register one account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
3. Bookings & Payments
- Bookings require payment through our platform payment system
- Payment is held as a pre-authorization until the Companion accepts
- Payment is captured when the Companion accepts the booking
- All prices are as displayed on the platform
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Before Companion confirmation: full refund
- After confirmation, more than 24 hours before start: full refund
- After confirmation, within 24 hours of start: 80% refund
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method
5. Companion Responsibilities
- Companions must pass KYC verification
- Companions should provide services as agreed and on time
- Companions must maintain accurate profile information
- Off-platform transactions are prohibited
6. Traveler Responsibilities
- Travelers should respect Companions and local culture
- Travelers should arrive on time at agreed locations
- Travelers should provide honest reviews
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited: false information, harassment, discrimination, fraud, and illegal activities. Violators will be permanently banned.
8. Disclaimer
PanDao, as a platform provider, is not directly responsible for the quality of services provided by Companions. We strive to ensure quality through KYC verification and review systems but make no express or implied warranties.
